Having previously worked at a large accounting firm in Melbourne, Director Justin Araco founded GreenSlate in 2017 with the vision of helping small businesses grow, evolve and change.

All in all, we just love seeing start-ups and business people thrive.

In 2022 Kyle Taylor joined the firm and together they bring extensive combined knowledge and experience to the firm and to their clients.

As a team, we bring nearly 100 years of combined experience in helping numerous small and established organisations run profitable, scalable and rewarding businesses (while saving some tax along the way).

We are CFO and tax experts who are passionate about working with businesses ranging from start-ups, funded high-growth or established businesses with the necessary skills to match. Our clients operate in a range of industries, which has provided the team with broad exposure to different businesses which allows us to bring unique perspectives for all clients. We pride ourselves on our business advisory expertise and ability to create tailored solutions for our clients, ensuring your business is equipped to reach its full potential.

    Director
    Over 15 years experience supporting startups and small businesses grow and evolve. Justin is passionate about small business.

    Specialises in small business tax, CFO strategy & advisory, cloud automation and Xero for high growth businesses, in particular eCommerce and technology.

    Originally hailing from Mildura, where his early accounting skills were honed on his parents' small businesses from the age of 14.
  • Kyle Taylor
    Director
    Another country Victorian, Kyle hails from Bendigo. He brings a wealth of tax and well rounded accounting knowledge to the team, having worked closely with small business clients around the Bendigo, Geelong and Melbourne areas for over 12 years. He is our go to guy for all things tax compliance, tax planning and business structuring.

    Outside of chasing the best tax outcomes for our clients, Kyle can be found enjoying time at home with his young family while keeping one eye focused on his beloved Collingwood Magpies.
  • Troy Moerenhout
    Manager
    Helping pull the GreenSlate team together, Troy helps manage the GreenSlate tax machine. Specialties include all things small business tax (income tax, GST, PAYGw, payroll tax and FBT), payroll and Xero.

    Aside from reading tax law, Troy is also partial to the mighty bombers, an occasional beer and training for endurance events (why though?)
  • Eric Enciso
    Bookkeeping and Payroll
    Eric is a bookkeeping and payroll wizard, bringing over 10 years experience in helping growing small businesses navigate their ongoing compliance. Using his experience with Xero, Dext, and various other payroll and related softwares - he is super diligent and efficient in providing support to growing small businesses and identifying areas for opportunities and improvements. In his spare time Eric loves spending time with his family, travelling (given his family is spread far and wide) and socialising with friends at the mall.
  • Joel Canny
    Consultant
    With over 10 years experience working closely with small businesses and within the finance team of a large Melbourne construction company, Joel brings a wealth of commercial business experience to the GreenSlate team.

    Specialties include construction, property, managing the finance function and CFO strategy & advisory.

    Hailing from Wangaratta, he also likes spending time on the farm, traveling and dabbling in 5-a-side soccer.
  • Sriram Chandramouli
    Accountant
    Sriram is a valuable member of our tax team, bringing a wealth of knowledge and over 5 years experience to the GreenSlate team. He specialises in BAS (GST and PAYGw), FBT, payroll tax and income tax return preparation. He's always enthusiastic and acts as a reliable hand in helping to navigate the complexities of tax compliance for our valued clients. Outside of work, Sriram’s true passion is cricket - so much so that he plays for two teams every week!
